Thank you for registering to volunteer for VBS 2022!

I want you to know that whatever you signed up to do at this year’s VBS matters! In 1 Corinthians 15:58 we read, “Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.” Sharing God’s Word with boys and girls, seeing their minds and hearts opened to their loving Father, and giving them their first glimpses of Jesus in the gospel is one of the most rewarding and meaningful honors any one of us can have. And, without question, our labor is not in vain.

From now until the end of VBS, we will all be devoted to and working hard in preparation to get ready for VBS. It’s the staff’s desire that you are well equipped to do the work of ministry you’ve signed up for at VBS 2022.

This year’s theme: SPARK Studios

Dates: June 13-17, WaterWorld Night on June 19

Standard VBS Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-12:15am

So, here’s a simple plan moving forward to get ready for VBS:

  1. Spend time in prayer for VBS and all it entails each day.
  2. Familiarize yourself with this year’s theme and content. For a basic overview, CLICK HERE. If you signed up to be a “Group Leader,” you will receive an email (within 1 or 2 days) from church staff with a pdf document of this year’s curriculum.
  3. Make plans to attend our training event, Sunday, May 22 at 5:00pm in the Fellowship Center. *All volunteers will need to attend this training event.

Lastly, please don’t hesitate to reach out to any one of us on the VBS Lead Staff. We’d love to talk about VBS and whatever you might need as you prepare.

Once again, we thank you for stepping into this meaningful opportunity to serve our church family and community at VBS 2022.

Many Blessings,

Zach Daniels
